Task:
Samples had to be extracted from a pressurised line >1 bar. The extraction point was 2 resp. 10 m above the sampler. A fixed single sample volume at a variable pressure had to be guaranteed. An unpressurised discharge was not possible.

MAXX Special measuring-station pH Conductivity Te
Task:
Replacement of an existing measuring station installed in a cheese dairy by a combined unit with measuring cabinet and self-emptying sampler. The measuring pot used in the old station had to be replaced as the eccentric screw pump used up to that time caused very high maintenance costs. Thus the measuring units should be supplied with sample liquid by means of a vacuum sampling system with measuring pot installed after the metering vessel.

MAXX Special XY distributor external start
Task:
The sample distributor had to be adapted to the customer´s bottles. The bottles had to be placed on a telescopic drawer with rolls. A direct filling into the sample bottles was required. Sampler housing material: 1.4571. Each bottle tray had to be equipped with three bottles. A program start by means of an external pushbutton had to be possible.

Task:
The sampler had to be used as monitoring unit. There had to be 28 bottles for programmable hourly composite samples and 7 bottles for a daily composite sample. Additional bottles had to be available for eventproportional samples. The sample extraction had to be effected with one control unit, one distributor and parallel programs.

In the framework of a research project in Brazil, a special software with PLC control for local sewage plants up to 2000 inhabitants had to be
developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute according to their specifications. The sewage plant has to be able to control diverse stages
of expansion. In the maximum stage of expansion the plant is also able to eliminate phosphate and nitrate from the waste water.
