Proud of Our Anniversaries and Long‑Standing Team Members

This year, we celebrated three long-standing anniversaries. These employees have been with our company for 25 years. We are extremely pleased that they have been working with us as a team for so long and have contributed greatly to our success!

In today’s world, staff turnover is a huge issue, which makes us all the more proud that of our current 38 employees, 5 have been with us for over 28 years, 4 for over 25 years, 4 for over 20 years, and 2 for over 15 years. Our average period of employment is therefore 12 years.

Shortlisted for our KIOSK device

We had a fantastic evening last Week at the Water, Wastewater & Environmental Management Expo (WWEM Expo) Environmental Monitoring Awards in Birmingham, where we were shortlisted for the New Initiatives Award for our KIOSK device, which we developed together with SOCOTEC UK & Ireland.

We are very happy to have such a competent partner for the UK in Socotec. We look forward to many more groundbreaking projects.

Our Team Event in Austria

This year, we took our team to the mountains again. On Friday afternoon, we climbed a “small peak.” We started out in light rain and reached the summit in bright sunshine.

On Saturday, we took various hikes in groups, to the Coburger Hut, climbed the Tajakante via ferrata with breathtaking views of the mountains, and did smaller tours around idyllic lakes.

In the evening, we shared our experiences and enjoyed spending  time together over food and a magic trick or two 😊

We are already looking forward to next year!

As a team, we do not take the easiest path, but the path that takes us the furthest.

Our sales meeting in Leogang / Austria

Last weekend we had our international sales meeting in the mountains in Austria/Leogang. Our sales partners from Germany, Europe and even China and Brazil were represented. We talked about technical innovations, innovations in the company and on the market and had plenty of space for constructive discussions in order to achieve even more together. We really appreciate having such great employees and partners! Some of them have been there since the beginning of our company history.

Here’s to many more successful years!

This year’s company outing in the Zugspitzarena

We have been going on a company trip to the mountains every year for 20 years now. In different groups we climb peaks, go on smaller and larger hikes and exchange our experiences over dinner together.

This year we were in Biberwier in the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena and climbed the Seebenklettersteig, the Sonnenspitze and the Vorder Drachenkopf. We met at the Coburger Hut to rest together. We enjoyed the last days of summer in the best weather and are already looking forward to next year.

The Strength of the team is each individual member. The Strength of each member is the team.

Anette Widmann-Mauz and Mayor Manfred Haug visit

We were able to welcome the CDU Bundestag member Annette Widmann-Mauz MdB and our Rangendingen mayor Manfred Haug to our house. After a company presentation, we had an open exchange about various (including political) topics. It was a very interesting morning.

Our new warehouse

More space for MAXX

We built a ne warehouse including a storage tower. with 700 square meters. The move of our actual storage to the new warehouse made a doubling of our production space possible. At the same time we expanded our office space twice as big. The whohle investment amounted to 3 million Euro and is an important foundation stone for the future of our company.

25 years with MAXX

For 25 years of loyalty three of our employess have benn honoured. Olaf Bosch, Harald Boss und Norbert Gockner are with us since 25 years. For this occasion all three received a certificate and a present. MAXX is grateful for the valuable work and is looking forward to a future together.

A special jubilee

A quarter of a century of company history

In 2022 Maxx marked 25 years and the festivities followed along. In June we celebrated with our employees and their families. Thnaks to our fabulous team and excellent service providers, who supported us, we had a successful anniversay.
